WORKSHOPS & TALKS

Better Systems for Modern Life.

Interactive workshops for HOAs, retirement communities, libraries, wellness organizations, and forward-thinking groups navigating modern-life overwhelm.

A Different Kind of Workshop

Most people already know they have too much stuff, too much digital noise, and too many unfinished decisions.
What they usually lack is a calmer system, a practical framework, or a supportive process for moving forward.

These workshops are interactive, practical, lightly provocative, and grounded in real life — designed to help people create more clarity in their homes, digital lives, and next chapters.

THREE WORKSHOP TRACKS

Why Organizations Bring Me In

These workshops help participants:
>> reduce overwhelm
>> reclaim usable space
>> simplify digital life
>> improve home functionality
>> prepare for major life transitions
>> create calmer systems for daily living

For HOAs and active communities specifically, the benefits often ripple outward:
cleaner garages, fewer overflow issues, more resident engagement, and proactive problem-solving that feels supportive rather than punitive.

The framing matters.
This is not enforcement disguised as education.
It is practical help that genuinely improves how people live.

About Klaus Holzapfel

I came to this work through three careers:
currency trading, digital marketing, and property development.
Over time, those worlds converged into a systems-oriented approach to modern-life overwhelm: helping people simplify their homes, digital lives, and future planning through practical frameworks rather than pressure or perfectionism.

The framework I developed is called Clutternomics™.
The broader philosophy became Secret SOZZ: simple recipes for a better life.

Most Communities Do Not Need More Rules.

They need better systems, calmer conversations, and practical ways for people to move forward together.
That is where these workshops tend to do their best work.
